It is hoped to run all entries in the CCI1* and CCI2*. If oversubscribed a wait list will be kept.
CIC3* - If oversubscribed Hartpury may run a second section, this would not be sponsored by Mitsubishi Motors, prize money as below but without the first prize car to the winner. We will try to fit any CIC3* balloted horses into this second section. If you enter more than one horse in the CIC3* please nominate which horse you would like to run in the Mitsubishi Motors section in the case of a ballot.

CCI1* & CCI2* Dressage and show jumping will be on the all weather surface. Mitsubishi Motors CIC3* dressage will take place in the Hartpury indoor Arena.
Please make cheques payable to HARTPURY COLLEGE. Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back). Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse. Send separate cheque for stabling (see below). FAXED entries will NOT be accepted.

It is COMPULSORY for all competitors to stable on site. Stabling available at £125.00 per horse. Straw and Cushionbed available. 2 bales of Cushionbed per stable provided further can be purchased on site. Bookings will only be accepted if made on the correct form and accompanied by the correct fee. Separate cheques required for each horse please. Stabling refunds will only be given before the ballot date, or if place filled from the wait list. It is unlikely space will be available for non-competing horses. Electric hook-up available at £70 each please apply when entering.

Hartpury's courses have been designed by Eric Winter and built by Andrew Hunter. The CIC course has been designed to prepare horses for Blenheim or Burghley. All courses contain two water complexes. Changes have been made to ALL courses since last year. The course runs over grassland which will be extensively prepared with agrovating if necessary.
Accommodation: Ensuite rooms are available on-site throughout the event at £30.00 per night please contact the Event Office. Shop facilities available on-site. Clothes washing facilities available on-site. Catering - Restaurant and bar facilities are available on-site throughout the event.
