Youth Operations Administrator
Job Type: Fulltime, hybrid working, with a requirement to work some weekends
Salary: £23,000
Purpose of Role: To work closely with the Head of Youth and Training Lead to provide operational and administrative support for various initiatives, including the development and implementation of pathways for horses and people, young horse classes, regional youth programs, international youth logistics, coach development, marketing and communication, health and safety, finance, and budgets.
