Delivery

All the prices on our website include VAT (VAT No. 670 971 805) and exclude delivery charges.

Orders placed before 1:00pm (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the following day for delivery by Royal Mail or Courier, depending on weight of order, and are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. However, you should allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from outside of the UK.

Returns - Refunds and Exchanges

For your peace of mind, we offer exchanges in size or a 100% NO QUIBBLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Returns and refunds do not apply to event tickets and gift cards. In the unlikely event that you decide you do not want to keep your goods or you receive goods that are faulty, please follow the below process:

1. Contact us on 02476 698856 or marketing@britisheventing.com within 7 days to obtain a returns slip to include in your parcel.
2. Fill out the returns slip including your order number and whether you would like an exchange or refund, including details of the new size if it is an exchange.
3. Return your goods in perfect condition, unworn with tags intact and with the original packaging at your own expense to British Eventing, Abbey Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2RN, within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.

We will then arrange for a full refund or an exchange. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Security

The Internet is an exciting and easy way to shop. However some people are understandably concerned about giving their credit card details via the Internet. We want to assure you that we take our responsibility to keep your information confidential very seriously. Any payment information you enter on the British Eventing website is encrypted and held remotely on the secure server of our payment processor. This encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. This means that your details are coded in such a way that, in the extremely unlikely event that someone is somehow able to obtain this information, they will not be able to interpret it to obtain your credit card information.

Your credit card details are never downloaded from the secure server or held on our computer.  It is also worth noting that if your credit or debit card is used fraudulently, most banks and card issuers will not hold you responsible for any of the charges.

Online Ordering

The display of items for sale on this website is an invitation to consumers to offer to order and does not imply our acceptance of the order. Acceptance of an order will be deemed to have taken place upon order dispatch.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

Therefore your credit or debit card may be debited before the contract is formed. If your order is ultimately rejected, a full refund will be made immediately.

Pricing - UK and EU

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling VAT inclusive at the prevailing rate, and goods are sold under English law. We will notify if goods are not in stock and/or if our suppliers no longer have the item you want at the advertised price, and will take your instructions on whether to order at the higher price if applicable, or to stop the order.

Pricing - Rest of the World 

Prices are quoted VAT exclusive please contact us at marketing@britisheventing.com for an exact shipping cost, oversees shipping costs will be higher than within the UK.

Packaging

All items will come with the appropriate manufacturer’s protective packaging.

Product Enquiries 

We make every effort to offer only merchandise sizes and colours that are available and in stock. If a size or colour is not available, we will notify you on receipt of your order, but may be able to place a specific forward order for you from our suppliers, subject to price implications. Occasionally, when items are very popular and additional inventory is available, we may accept back orders knowing that additional inventory will soon arrive. We are unable to search for items from a previous season or that are not carried in our current store stock. 

Any products made to measure from information/sizes provided by the customer are non-returnable. We are happy to help and advise customers, although we cannot be held responsible for your decisions made when choosing a size of garment.

Your order is only accepted by us once we have taken payment from you.

Damaged Goods

If you should receive an item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged in shipping, please immediately notify us by emailing marketing@britisheventing.com.

Import Duties

You are responsible for all the appropriate Import and Customs Duties.

General 

If the courts decide that any part or wording in these terms of sale is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then that part or wording shall be deleted from the agreement and rest of the terms of sale shall remain in force.
