Youth Operations Administrator

Job Type: Fulltime, hybrid working, with a requirement to work some weekends 
Salary: £23,000 

Purpose of Role: To work closely with the Head of Youth and Training Lead to provide operational and administrative support for various initiatives, including the development and implementation of pathways for horses and people, young horse classes, regional youth programs, international youth logistics, coach development, marketing and communication, health and safety, finance, and budgets.

Safeguarding and Human Welfare Officer – Committee Member

Location: Online x4 meetings a year

Role Overview:

British Eventing (BE) is dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of its members, particularly children, young people, and vulnerable adults. The Safeguarding and Human Welfare Officer will develop, implement, and monitor policies to ensure a safe and inclusive environment across all BE activities.
