If the event is unable to go ahead, you will get be refunded as follows:
  • All start fees, Pay As You Go fees, stabling and hookups will be refunded in full.
  • If the cancellation is due to adverse weather (i.e. Rule 4.11.1 part (I)),  85% of your entry fee will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is due to another reason (Rules 4.11.1 parts ii - iv), the refund of your entry fee will be in accordance with Rule 4.12.2.
