𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 - 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 This is an announcement we really didn’t want to write. At BEDE we actively work to seek out good venues and put on fixtures for the British Eventing Official membership, and with Saracen Horse Feeds Brightling we tried to bring back a much loved event in an area very much lacking in fixtures. Last year we ran at a loss but accepted that in its first year. Sadly entries this year haven’t even reached a point where we can be confident of breaking even and therefore we simply cannot justify pushing ahead with the event and starting to incur significant costs. We know this will come as a disappointment to many who had entered, and to those businesses supporting the event with sponsorship. We feel that cancelling early will give competitors time to seek alternatives for that weekend and we will of course be issuing full refunds asap. ***I have just finished refunding all entries.  Remember to check your card statement at the date you made your entry, not as a new amount this evening.***
