Description
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Vouchers may be redeemed on purchases of Memberships, Horse Registrations and Training Courses.
- Vouchers cannot be used when paying for entries for events or competitions
- A confirmation email will be sent detailing a Unique Code for each Voucher purchased
- Vouchers may be bought as gifts
- Vouchers are non-refundable

Delivery
Parcels under 2kg - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (2-4 working day delivery)
Parcels over 2kg - DPD
Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside of the UK.
Returns
Returns and refunds do not apply to event tickets and gift cards.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day that you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please return the item(s) at your own expense to British Eventing, Abbey Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2RN.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify on the status of your return.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the payment in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
