New Equifeast Performance Bursary at Calmsden Horse Trials

Back for the second year the British Eventing affiliated Equifeast Calmsden (1) Horse Trials 2016 is taking place on the 30th and 31st July and with around 600 entries all three classes, the Airowear BE80(T), BE90 and BE100, have once again proven to be very popular.

This year the prize money has increased with each winner of each BE90 and BE100 section walking away with £80 and a special prize courtesy of Equifeast. Sponsored by Airowear, riders who complete the BE80(T) class with a double clear and who are not placed in the top 10 will also receive a special rosette from Equifeast.

The Airowear BE80(T) competition is the introductory level of competition, with fences set at a height of 80cm plus a British Eventing Accredited Coach on hand at each BE80(T) event to help and support competitors free of charge.

New for 2016, competitors in the BE90 and BE100 classes have had the opportunity to apply for The Equifeast Performance Bursary which will see the overall winner taking home the Equifeast Bursary Rug, an Equifeast Bursary Jacket, a year supply of Equifeast Products and more. Three finalists from the July event will be judged again in at Calmsden (2) October fixture (8th – 9th October 2016) from which the Bursary winner will be selected. This year Calmsden welcome back Land Rover who will have a fantastic display of vehicles at the event including the New Evoque Convertible and Range Rover Sport SVR.

Calmsden Horse Trials is located three miles from Cirencester and is an excellent spectator event with fantastic viewing of the cross country course and free entry.
