Update regarding Winter Series competition and training

Following the Government’s announcement of a further period of lockdown in England we have made the decision to reschedule the Baileys Winter Series competitions falling between 5 November and 2 December. All existing entries will be automatically transferred to the replacement dates or a refund will be issued if you are unable to make the new date.

Rescheduled Arena Eventing dates

  • 8 November - Wellington (1) rescheduled to 3 January
  • 22 November – Mendip Plains rescheduled to 14 February
  • 28 November – Speetley rescheduled to 23 January

Rescheduled Jump Training dates

  • 14 November – SNEC – rescheduled date TBC
  • 22 November – Bishop Burton – rescheduled to 3 January
  • 29 November – Aintree – rescheduled date TBC

Training

It is our understanding that any form of group training in England will not be permitted during lockdown. Therefore we have made the decision to cancel training due to take place 5 November - 2 December and refunds will be issued.

Further restrictions have been implemented in Scotland with the five-tier system and members should ensure they comply with the restrictions applicable to their local area.

Whilst the current restrictions in Wales are to be lifted from Monday 9th November, further measures will apply from that date, however, we are expecting that training will be permitted to restart in Wales from that date.
