The Talent Academy  supports riders’ progression from grass roots through to elite performance.

• For riders aged 14 – 28 years, providing a comprehensive talent pathway, assisting riders’ progression to the next level of the pathway with delivery from leading expertise.
• The Talent Pathway sees selected younger riders supported with an education based overseas international competition experience.
• The Talent Pathway provides educational camps as well as remote access to support and online resource in addition to on hand support at competition.
