British Eventing Youth Performance offers a framework within which international competitors aged 12-21 can train and compete.

The offer to riders spans across each calendar year and includes support and advice on competition planning, horse management and welfare, rider wellbeing and parental guidance. There is on-event support from the youth performance workforce at designated competitions, some invited combinations may have the opportunity to participate in an international development trip. For those riders at the peak of their performance, there is an opportunity to participate in observation trials as part of the selection process for the annual European Youth Championships.
